Simplify your life: hire a writer

Language is your everything. The substance of thoughts, the bonds of friendships, your line of connection to the world — it’s what makes you human. As life keeps going global, success in the workplace requires a lot of writing. And when messages bombard your readers from every direction, you need writing that works.

Let me guess: you’re busy. You’re probably in an office, overworked, trying to finish that project on time. Or you’re trying to come up with new content to keep your organization growing. That magazine you’ve been hoping to produce, or that blog you’ve wanted to launch — they’re all great ideas. Thing is, you need the words. And they are just not coming.

Think about it: You’re stressed as it is. And maybe the thought of facing another blank Microsoft Word screen makes you want to hurl your monitor at the wall. You know what you want to say, but you don’t know how. Maybe you’ve cornered the facts, the research, or just the main ideas, but as for the best way to structure them — you’re not sure where to start.

You don’t have to struggle. It doesn’t need to be that way. What if you had a writer who could do that work for you? What if someone else could produce the content for that proposal or that blog post? Even if you don’t have the budget for a full-time writer, having someone to help from time to time would make your life a lot calmer.

With the responsibility off your shoulders, you’ll have extra time for yourself. You’ll be able to focus on the work you’re confident with, so you’ll feel fresh for the assignments your expertise can contribute to. And by leaving the writing to someone who loves it, you’ll cut back on your stress.

In the end, you need someone you can rely on — someone who knows how to research, who’s worked in journalism and copywriting. Someone who knows the difference between writing for the web and writing for print. Someone who’s dedicated years to studying effective message-crafting and who burns with a passion to help others find their voice.
